(Singer) – Anushka Manchanda is an Indian singer, model, actress, an ex-Channel [V] -VJ and was a member of the Indian pop girl group Viva! She stepped into playback singing in the Tamil film industry by singing the song “O Mahire” from the film Manmadhan. She got her first opportunity to sing for a Hindi film as well which was the title song of the film “Golmaal” along with several other songs under other noted music composers. She has also done a cameo role in the Bollywood film “Dulha Mil Gaya”. She has a successful career in Bollywood. Her song “Dum maro dum” in the film “Dum Maro Dum” gained immense popularity. She has also sung “Maine yun kabhi socha na tha” in “Game” and “Apna har din aise jiyo” in “Golmaal 3”. In 2013, she sang the remixed version of the 1991 hit song “Na jaane kahan se aya hai” which was used in the film “I, Me Aur Main”. Other movies which have included her work are ABCD, Ungli, Race2, Aisha, Entertainment, Dilwale and ABCD2.
