After developing interest in hip-hop she started her music career as a rapper& rapped for a movie called ‘Johnny Gaddaar’ with a song called “Paisa Phek (Move your body)”. She has also sung for movies such as ’Ugly Aur Pagli’ (“Talli”), ’Singh Is King’, ’Kismat Konnection’, ’Bachna Ae Haseeno’, ’Ram Gopal Varma Ki Aag’, ’Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani’ and ‘Prince’.
