(Sufi/Unplugged) – Shafqat Amanat Ali Khan is a Pakistani classical singer belonging to Patiala Gharana lineage. He was the lead vocalist of the Pakistani rock band Fuzön. He was awarded the President’s Pride of Performance civil award on 14 August 2007. “Mitwa” from the movie “Kabhi alvida na kehna” was his first bollywood appearance. He was the voice behind the critically acclaimed song “Yeh Honsla” in the Bollywood film “Dor” and “Dildaara” from the movie “Ra”. He was nominated for the Filmfare Award for Best Male Playback Singer. His more popular songs are “Tu hi mera”, “Allah waariyan”, “Teri jhuki nazar”, “Bin tere”, “Tere naina” and more.
